Custom Pages

Publishing and managing the page

After moderation, the page becomes available via a unique link and appears in the list.

Context menu:

  • Copy page link — use in ads, posts, or emails.
  • Edit — change the content/publication period (re-review may be required after edits).
  • Unpublish — make the page unavailable; following the link will lead to the main version. You can publish this page again later.
  • Archive — make the page unavailable with no recovery option. The link will lead to the main version.

Archiving

Why archive

  • Limit management: when you reach the limit (up to 35 pages), archiving frees a slot.
  • Result snapshot: keep the final campaign version for history and reconciliation.
  • Prevent accidental changes: an archived page is not available for editing or publishing.

How to archive

  1. In the pages list, open the actions menu next to the page.
Page actions
  1. Choose Archive and confirm. After archiving, its link redirects to the app’s main version.
