Q: What should I do if my Developer details change?
A: In case of any changes to the Developer’s details specified during registration on the Service, as well as those contained in the Developer’s Personal Account in RuStore, the Developer must notify VK in writing/by email at support@rustore.ru no later than 3 (three) business days after such changes.

Q: What documents should I expect from RuStore, and when?
A:
- Reports on the fulfillment of Instructions are provided by the Company in the Developer’s Personal Account in RuStore or sent to the Developer’s email address provided to the Company for these purposes, no later than the 15th (fifteenth) business day of the calendar month following the Reporting Period.
- The Certificate of Acceptance (Act) of services rendered, signed by RuStore. The Act is provided no later than the 15th (fifteenth) business day of the calendar month following the Reporting Period."
Q: What do the items and calculations in the Report mean?

Q: What does "undistributed payments" mean?
A: The amount of payments received from users of your apps but not credited to your account by the end of the previous reporting period represents funds that the acquiring bank has not yet processed and transferred to your account within the reporting period. This amount will be distributed in the next reporting period.

Q: Can I get a reconciliation statement?
A: Yes, please send all such requests to support@rustore.ru
Q: What if I cannot provide a certificate of tax residency within 5 days?
A: We can work with you without the certificate, but if our tax authorities reclassify the contract for services as a license agreement, then an additional withholding tax of 20% will arise, which we will be obliged to withhold from the Developer. This additional tax will be withheld for all periods during which payments were made.

Taxes
Q: If a foreign company registers as a Developer in RuStore, how will taxes be paid?
A: If payments are processed through RuStore, we will withhold and remit to the Russian Federal Tax Service (FNS) those taxes for which we are recognized as a tax agent in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements
Q: Is it possible to customize the payout threshold (set an amount other than 100,000 RUB)?
A: We can conclude an Additional Agreement to the main contract on an individual basis, specifying a different minimum payout amount for the Developer’s remuneration.
Q: How is the Developer’s remuneration calculated?

Q: When is the Developer’s remuneration paid?
A: Two conditions must be met:
- The payout amount to the Developer has reached 100,000 rubles or more.
- The Developer has provided signed (seal + signature) and scanned Certificates of Acceptance (Acts) for all reporting periods for which the payout is being made.
The payment will be made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the above-mentioned Acts, or within another period if agreed in an Additional Agreement.
Monetization
Q: When submitting a Monetization Application in the console, what should I do if the required currency is not available?
A: Currently, three currencies are available for selection in the console: ruble (RUB), yuan (CNY), and tenge (KZT). The list of available currencies may change depending on circumstances.
If the required currency is not in the list, or you need special conditions, please contact support@rustore.ru. The request will be considered individually.
Q: Suppose I have a bank account in the USA, will I receive payments from RuStore to my US bank account?
A: At the moment, we cannot make transfers to the USA. You can contact us individually at support@rustore.ru.
