What VK ID is and why you need it in RuStore

VK ID is a single sign-in account for VK services and partner products, including the RuStore app store.
With VK ID, you can sign in to apps, manage your profile and security settings, and use subscriptions and payments.

VK ID is your single account for the VK ecosystem.
It lets you:

  • sign in to RuStore, games, and VK apps without creating a separate account for each service;
  • manage your data and access settings in your personal account at id.vk.com;
  • use one login across multiple services instead of remembering multiple passwords.

How to create a VK ID​

To create a VK ID for RuStore, use email registration.

If you are outside Russia, we recommend registering with email. This flow does not require a phone number, SMS verification, or a confirmation code sent by text message.

  1. Go to id.vk.com or open any VK service.
  2. Click Create account.
  3. Choose the email sign-up option.
  4. Enter your email address and create a password.
  5. Confirm registration using the email sent to your inbox.

VK ID account settings​

In your VK ID account, you can:

  • change your name, phone number, and email address;
  • view and disconnect linked devices;
  • configure two-factor authentication and notifications;
  • manage subscriptions and payment methods.

This is convenient if you use VK ID both for RuStore and for other VK services.

How to sign in to RuStore with VK ID​

  1. Open the RuStore app.
  2. On the sign-in screen, select Sign in with VK ID.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your VK ID.
  4. Complete sign-in using the requested verification step.

After that, your account will be linked and you will be able to use all RuStore features.
