How to issue coupons

Coupons are configured and issued in the RuStore Console. Before creating coupons, determine the theme of your promotion and the terms for receiving discounts.

Before you start

Make sure your company is not blocked, monetization is enabled, and your app supports purchases.

Issuing coupons

Only users with the roles "Company Owner", "Administrator", and "Financial Manager" can issue and manage coupons.

1. Open the RuStore Console and select your app.

2. In the left menu, select Monetization → Coupons, and click Add or Add Coupons.

   The coupon creation form will open:

3. Fill in the form:

Parameter	Description
Console Name	Coupon name displayed in RuStore Console. E.g., "Discount of 300 ₽ for purchases over 1000 ₽".
Console Comment	Details about the issued coupons and promotion terms.
Short Description	Brief info about the coupon. Users see this in their coupon list. Discount amount and validity period are shown automatically, no need to include them here. E.g., "For all products over 1000 ₽".
Detailed Description	All necessary coupon details for users. Users see this when opening the coupon in their RuStore account. Discount amount and validity period are shown automatically. E.g., "Use the coupon to save on any purchase over 1000 ₽. Hurry, limited-time offer!".
Product Group	Restrict coupon to certain product types or allow use for any purchase. All products – no restrictions. Only consumable – e.g., in-game currency. Only non-consumable – e.g., app access or game skin.
Minimum product price	- Enable toggle to apply coupon only to products over a certain amount. - Disable toggle to apply coupon to any product price. Final price after applying coupon can't be less than 1 ₽. If coupon value exceeds product price, user pays 1 ₽, and the remaining discount is lost.
Coupon validity	Period during which users can redeem coupons and get discounts. From coupon opening – countdown from when coupon appears in user's RuStore account. Fixed period – coupon can only be used until the set date, regardless of when received.
Discount	Coupon discount amount. E.g., 300 ₽.
Number of Coupons	How many coupons users can redeem through this link.
Coupon Link Validity Period	Period when users can follow the link and redeem coupons in their account.

4. Click Add to issue coupons.

Next Steps

Once coupons are issued, a link will appear to distribute among your app users.

Embed the link in email campaigns, social media posts, or send it directly to users you've agreed to provide discounts.

You can track coupon issuance in the upper right corner of the screen.
