Where to view issued coupons
To view and manage coupons:
- Open RuStore Console and go to your app.
- In the left menu, select Monetization — Coupons.
The main data is displayed in the coupon list, and you can view details in the coupon card. If needed, you can copy the coupon link again or disable the link by deleting it.
Coupon list
The coupon list shows the following data:
- Number of issued coupons.
- Discount amount.
- Coupon validity period.
- Coupon link status:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Users can follow the link and claim coupons in their RuStore account. If they can’t claim a coupon via the link, they may be opening the link on a device without RuStore installed or not being signed in. See the technical details for claiming a coupon. |
| Expired | The link has expired, and users can no longer claim a new coupon through it. If users managed to claim a coupon before this date, they will be able to get a discount with it until the coupon expires. |
| Deleted | You have stopped the link from working, and users can no longer claim a new coupon through it. If users managed to claim a coupon before the link was deleted, they will be able to get a discount with it until the coupon expires. |
| Coupons issued | Users have claimed all coupons available via the link. No new coupons can be claimed. |
Coupon card
Click the row with the coupons you need to view additional information.
- All the data you entered when issuing the coupons.
- Number of claimed coupons.
- Coupon link.
- A button to delete the coupon link.
Deleting a coupon link
If you notice an error in the coupon or simply want to stop issuing coupons, you can disable the coupon link.
- Open RuStore Console and go to your app.
- In the left menu, select Monetization — Coupons.
- Click the row with the coupons.
- Click Delete link in the upper-right corner and confirm deleting the coupon link.
You have stopped the link from working, and users can no longer claim a new coupon through it. If users managed to claim a coupon before the link was deleted, they will be able to get a discount with it until the coupon expires.
The coupon information will remain available, and you can view it at any time.
